According to the proposed amendments, the sale of alcohol will be prohibited from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with the following exceptions:
- The sale of alcoholic products by organizations, farms, and individual entrepreneurs providing catering services;
- The retail sale of beer, cider, perry, and mead conducted by individual entrepreneurs in the catering sector;
- The sale of alcohol in duty-free shops for individuals leaving Kyrgyzstan.
Additionally, the draft law proposes a ban on the sale of alcoholic and low-alcohol tonic beverages in central squares, as well as in parks, squares, and recreational areas located within a radius of 100 meters from their borders.
