In particular, sections concerning the:
- Department of State Architectural and Construction Control under the Ministry of Construction and its local offices;
- territorial bodies of the State Agency for Architecture and Urban Planning (GASU) and the State Agency for Construction and Architecture (GASN) in the cities of Bishkek, Osh, and the Issyk-Kul resort and recreation area (these sections have been declared invalid).
The resolution also clarifies the register of works to be performed, which was previously approved on December 3, 2024, by Cabinet Resolution No. 731. Two new paid services have been added to the register:
the inclusion of capital construction, reconstruction, repurposing, and redesign of buildings in the Register of Construction Projects;
issuance of a certificate of completion of construction and installation works.
This resolution comes into effect ten days after its official publication.
