The Cabinet of Ministers has updated its resolution regarding the work of the department responsible for the development of drinking water supply and wastewater management within the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
The document states that the changes are aimed at supporting the human resources potential, ensuring the labor rights of employees, and maintaining the continuous operation of the state body responsible for managing drinking water and wastewater.
According to the new version of paragraph 14 of the resolution, employees of the state institution "Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater Management" (excluding technical and maintenance staff) will be able to hold junior, senior, and chief positions in the relevant department without the need to be in the personnel reserve, provided they meet the qualification requirements.
Furthermore, it is clarified that the implementation of this resolution will occur within the established staffing levels and the funds allocated in the republican budget for the corresponding years.
