Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic: Equipment for Artificial Insemination of Cattle Purchased

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic reported the acquisition of modern equipment for artificial insemination of cattle, which was purchased by the Veterinary Service for the Development of Animal Husbandry, Pastures, and Feed.
Zhanybek Kerimaliev, the First Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry, visited the site to familiarize himself with the new equipment, as well as the project implementation process and the quality of the supplied resources.
The purchase was made as part of a World Bank project called "Development of Sustainable Agri-food Clusters," which is being implemented through the Center for Competitiveness in Agribusiness.
The new equipment includes Dewar vessels for long-term storage of frozen semen and other specialized tools necessary for effective artificial insemination.
