On December 25, a ceremonial opening of a new slaughterhouse took place in the village of Daroot-Korgon, located in the Chon-Alai district. This was reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
President Sadyr Japarov participated in the event online.
Among those present were representatives of local authorities, businessmen, veterinary service employees, as well as local farmers and villagers.
The new slaughterhouse meets all sanitary and hygienic standards, ensuring safe and high-quality meat production. The process of slaughtering animals is organized in accordance with international norms and is under the full control of veterinarians. The facility is equipped with modern equipment and includes waste processing technologies, which minimize negative impacts on nature and guarantee environmental safety.
During the opening, it was emphasized that this facility will be an important step in the development of livestock farming in the region, creating comfortable conditions for farmers and providing the population with quality meat.
The opening of the new enterprise will also lead to the creation of several permanent jobs and will contribute to the development of the local economy.
The management of the slaughterhouse reported plans to increase production volumes and launch processing and packaging services for meat products.
