The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan has approved a new list of state and municipal institutions where relatives are allowed to work together. This decision was made in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code.
The document presents a clear list of organizations for which the restriction on joint employment of close family members is lifted.
In addition, the government has revoked its previous resolution from August 16, 2005, No. 372, which previously regulated this issue.
The Cabinet of Ministers emphasizes that the update of the list is aimed at aligning regulatory acts with current labor legislation and the modern structure of state and municipal bodies.
This resolution will come into effect in ten days.
