A draft order regarding the approval of the regulations for the Council of Elders' Courts has been submitted for discussion. This document was developed in accordance with the Law "On Elders' Courts" and the regulatory acts of the Cabinet of Ministers.
It is proposed to establish uniform rules that will regulate the process of forming and functioning of the Council of Elders' Courts. Recommendations for the application of this document will be addressed to local self-government bodies for the creation of similar councils in the territories.
The project includes the following measures:
publication of the regulations on the official portals of state institutions and local administrations;
distribution of the document to local councils, the mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as to the offices of the presidential representatives in the regions;
inclusion of the order in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of Kyrgyzstan after its registration with the Ministry of Justice.
Control over the implementation of the order will be entrusted to one of the deputy directors of the authorized state agency.
