Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to a number of regulatory acts related to the fields of construction, architecture, and housing and communal services.
In accordance with the new resolution, data related to the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control and its local subdivisions, as well as to similar bodies in Bishkek, Osh, and the Issyk-Kul resort and recreational area, have been excluded from the registry of permitting documents.
In addition, the list of works performed by authorized state bodies in the field of architecture and construction has been updated, now including new paid services. These include the inclusion of capital construction, reconstruction, and redevelopment projects in the registry of construction objects, as well as the provision of confirmations of the completion of construction and installation works.
These changes are aimed at streamlining legislation and will come into effect in 10 days.
