The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a new list of additional education programs that are now subject to mandatory licensing due to potential risks to the health and lives of citizens.
This measure aims to regulate the field of educational services, increase competitiveness, and ensure safety in the provision of additional educational programs. The decision was made in accordance with the Law on Education. According to the new regulation, licensing will affect those additional education programs that may pose a danger to the health and lives of students. The complete list of such programs is provided in the appendix to the regulation. The ministries of science, higher education and innovation, as well as education, have been tasked with adapting their regulatory acts in accordance with the adopted decision.
The regulation comes into effect ten days after its adoption.
