- The Cabinet of Ministers approved Resolution No. 845 concerning the procedure for drafting the republican budget, making adjustments to the budget, and reallocating funds during its execution.
This document will come into effect one week after its official publication.
The purpose of the resolution is to optimize budget planning and regulation, as well as to address a number of issues related to budget preparation. The procedure outlined in the appendix to the resolution represents a new approach to these processes.
The resolutions that were previously in effect have been declared null and void:
Cabinet Resolution No. 248 dated May 15, 2023, concerning the procedure for drafting the republican budget and making changes to it;
Cabinet Resolution No. 680 dated December 19, 2023, which amended Resolution No. 248;
Cabinet Resolution No. 104 dated March 3, 2025, concerning changes to Resolution No. 248.
