This document will come into effect one week after its official publication.
The purpose of the resolution is to optimize budget planning and regulation, as well as to address a number of issues related to budget preparation. The procedure outlined in the appendix to the resolution represents a new approach to these processes.
The resolutions that were previously in effect have been declared null and void:
- Cabinet Resolution No. 248 dated May 15, 2023, concerning the procedure for drafting the republican budget and making changes to it;
- Cabinet Resolution No. 680 dated December 19, 2023, which amended Resolution No. 248;
- Cabinet Resolution No. 104 dated March 3, 2025, concerning changes to Resolution No. 248.
