- On December 10, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers signed order No. 1089-t, which amends the previous order from April 23, 2024, No. 184-r. As a result of this amendment, the deadline for the implementation of activities was extended from "2024–2025" to "2024–2027." The titles of the items in the action plan were also updated.

Item 10: it includes software testing and conducting a test mass cadastral assessment in a pilot area in experimental mode. This document emphasizes the need to test tools for determining cadastral value, with a deadline for the completion of the work by the State Tax Service set for January 1, 2027. The State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, along with other executors, are also involved in this process. Item 13: changes to tax legislation are also planned by the specified date to implement the state cadastral valuation system in the calculation of property and land tax. It is expected that the outcome will be a draft regulatory legal act prepared by the State Tax Service and an interagency working group.
