Deputy Ulan Primov proposed to adopt the bills without discussion.
During an extraordinary meeting of the Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship, and Competition Development, two significant bills were approved without prior discussion.
Ulan Primov suggested adopting them in three readings immediately, arguing that the discussion would still take place at the plenary session of the parliament.
As a result, committee members agreed on amendments to the laws "On the Budget of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025 and the planned period of 2026–2027" and "On the Budget of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the planned period of 2027–2028."
