In the updated document, some formulations and norms have been removed, including references to the law on industrial safety of hazardous production facilities, and the word "production" has been removed from several points.
Paragraph 245 has been revised, and now the annual inspection of the technical condition of attractions must be conducted before their demonstration during technical certification. The responsibility for this control is assigned to the person designated by the owner or operator of the attraction.
The changes also affected paragraphs 82, 247, and 285, from which some terms have been removed. The resolution comes into effect 15 days after its official publication.
