The government of the country has updated the regulation concerning the procedure for using funds received by budgetary institutions in special and deposit accounts within the framework of the Unified Treasury Account.
As a result of the new decisions, the list of sources of income and directions for their use has been expanded. In particular, an item has been added to the appendix of the document that describes the allocation of funds for the development of civil aviation. Furthermore, the process of accounting for revenues from the testing and marking of products made from precious metals has been clarified, which will come into effect on September 29, 2025.
The changes also affect the list of bodies and agencies responsible for administering specific revenues, as well as clarify the abbreviations used. The document has been supplemented with a new chapter that lists the types of funds received in special accounts, including architectural and construction activities, housing and communal services, water resources, and irrigation. The new regulation also outlines the procedure for accounting for funds received from the sale of license plates with unique combinations of letters and numbers, personalized license plates, as well as permits for tinting the side windows of front doors of vehicles and from the sale of used and canceled license plates. These rules will come into effect from January 1 to December 31, 2026. The government emphasizes that these changes are aimed at improving clarity and streamlining budget flows within the framework of the Unified Treasury Account.
The regulation will come into force seven days after its official publication.
