According to the new regulations, the rules for conducting competitions and forming a personnel reserve have been updated. Among the changes:
- mandatory video recording of all stages of the competitive selection;
- candidates must provide a certificate confirming knowledge of the state language at the established level;
- clarified procedures for notifying candidates who have been excluded from the personnel reserve.
Additionally, the list of positions for which individuals over 35 years old can apply upon initial entry into service has been expanded. This applies to specialists in areas such as:
- information technology;
- medicine;
- construction;
- execution of punishments.
For these candidates, age limits have been established (up to 40, 45, and 47 years respectively), and a minimum of five years of professional experience is required. In some cases, employment under a contract in accordance with the Labor Code may be possible.
Furthermore, the new list of positions for which competitive selection is not required has been expanded to include specialists in the field of construction.
The government noted that the implementation of this resolution will occur within the framework of the approved staffing levels and budget of the republic.
The resolution will come into effect in a week.
