In Kyrgyzstan, the requirements for mandatory audits in public companies have been abolished

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has canceled a number of decisions regarding auditing activities. This decision was signed by the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.

According to the new resolution, the regulations concerning mandatory audits in public companies have been declared invalid, including the document dated November 17, 2015, No. 776, and its amendments adopted on August 18, 2017, under No. 503.

This decision is based on the laws "On Auditing Activities" and "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic."

The resolution will come into effect in a week.
