The government of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved a list of categories of workers who carry out their activities under special working conditions, as well as established the duration of their working hours. This decision was signed by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, as reported by the government press service.
The main goal of this resolution is to create a legal framework for regulating working hours for certain categories of workers engaged in specific working conditions, which aligns with the provisions of the country's Labor Code and takes into account the peculiarities of labor and workload. The document was developed in accordance with the new edition of the Labor Code of Kyrgyzstan and includes over 100 categories of workers from various fields.
It is expected that the implementation of this resolution will contribute to improving the legal regulation of labor relations, as well as enhancing the efficiency of labor process standardization and planning.
