The Cabinet of Ministers has taken measures to improve personnel policy and increase the efficiency of the penal system
According to the new rules, all stages of the competitive selection process must now be recorded on video. Candidates are also required to provide a certificate confirming their proficiency in the state language at the level established by the Cabinet. The requirements for notifying candidates who have been excluded from the personnel reserve have also been updated.
The resolution expands the list of positions that citizens over 35 years old can apply for when entering service for the first time. This applies to specialists in the fields of information technology, medicine, construction, and in agencies dealing with the execution of punishments. Age limits have been established for such candidates: up to 40, 45, and 47 years depending on the area of activity, and a professional experience of at least five years is also required. In some cases, employment may be possible under a labor contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additionally, specialists in the construction sector have been added to the list of positions that can be applied for without a competitive selection.
The implementation of this resolution will occur within the approved staffing levels and within the limits of the republican budget funds.
