As part of this initiative, registers will be formed for both employers and foreign citizens who will participate in the program. The attraction of migrants will only be permitted for those employers who include their employees in the specified registers. This will enhance control over compliance with labor and tax obligations.
The main goal of the experiment is to simplify the processes of labor migration and taxation for foreign workers.
Taxes on the income of foreign workers will be transferred to the regions through pre-established advance payments. If a migrant works for a legal entity, the tax will be withheld and transferred by the tax agent, while in the case of employment by an individual, the foreigner will be required to pay the tax independently.
