The Department of Ground and Water Transport under the Ministry of Transport and Communications has announced a tender for the refinement of the weight and dimension control module in the Automated Information System (AIS) "Electronic Transport Control."
According to data published on the state procurement portal, 3.6 million soms have been allocated for this work.
In accordance with the technical specifications, the refinement covers the following components:
software for the AIS "ETK" for weight and dimension control posts (WGC);
integration with existing scales;
a logical module for cameras that recognize license plates;
barrier control;
a laser system for determining dimensions;
integration with the ERP system of the State Enterprise "Kyzmat";
an interface for inspectors.
These enhancements will be implemented at both existing WGC posts and new ones that are planned for commissioning.
The goal of these changes is to fully automate the vehicle control process, which will help avoid manual data duplication by inspectors and increase the accuracy of measurements of dimensions, weights, and axle distances.
The acceptance of proposals from suppliers will conclude on January 21, 2026.
