70 new video cameras have been installed in the city
A monitoring center has opened in Osh, which will oversee compliance with traffic rules, as reported by the city administration.
The event was attended by Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev, Head of the State Traffic Safety Department Azhenbek Kozukeev, as well as the head of the Osh City Police Department Damirbek Isakov and other officials.
As part of this initiative, 70 modern cameras have been installed on the streets of the city, which will record traffic violations and other offenses. Now, there are 125 surveillance cameras operating continuously in Osh.
The goal of the new center is to enhance road safety, automatically detect traffic violations, and maintain public order.
