In the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan, Osh, a new Patrol Police Service center has been officially launched, created to monitor compliance with traffic rules. This was reported by the press service of the local mayor's office.
To implement the project, 70 new modern surveillance cameras have been installed on the streets of the city, which record traffic violations. Thus, there are now a total of 125 video cameras operating in real-time in Osh.
The main goal of the new center is to enhance road safety, automate the process of detecting violations, and tighten control over public order. Law enforcement agencies emphasized that the launch of this center represents an important step towards digitalization and increasing safety in the city of Osh.
