According to the new resolution, a new item has been added to the list of powers delegated to state bodies and local executive structures. Now these bodies will be able to develop and approve legal acts concerning the protection of the atmosphere and the ozone layer, including various procedures, standards, norms, and methodologies.
The press service of the cabinet noted that such changes are aimed at improving the structure of the regulatory and methodological framework in the field of air protection and ensuring a clearer distribution of responsibilities among state bodies.
This resolution will come into force in ten days.
