Changes to the resolution regarding the delegation of legislative powers to state bodies and local authorities have been made by the Cabinet of Ministers. This decision has been taken to adapt the regulatory framework in the field of air protection to modern legislative requirements.
According to the new resolution, a new item has been added to the list of powers delegated to state bodies and local executive structures. Now these bodies will be able to develop and approve legal acts concerning the protection of the atmosphere and the ozone layer, including various procedures, standards, norms, and methodologies.
