- In 2025, a decision was made to allocate a loan of 25 million dollars to ensure price stability for fuel and lubricants (F&L) in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Muratbek Imankulov, Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Service, which, together with the Cabinet of Ministers, oversees this area.

Imankulov emphasized that the Antimonopoly Service actively collaborates with the Association of Oil Traders of Kyrgyzstan and gas station owners. The parties signed an agreement that obliges them to prevent sharp fluctuations in fuel prices.

According to the Deputy Chairman, at regular meetings, oil traders raise issues related to external factors that affect fuel prices. These include reduced supplies and the temporary closure of oil refineries for maintenance work, which, in turn, leads to shortages and increased procurement prices.

He also noted that according to price monitoring conducted in Bishkek on December 30, 2025, the price of AI-92 gasoline is 76.04 soms per liter, AI-95 is 81.04 soms, and diesel fuel is 80.04 soms.

According to the Antimonopoly Service, since the beginning of the year, the price of AI-92 gasoline has increased by 12 soms, AI-95 by 9 soms, and the cost of diesel fuel has risen by 8–8.5 soms.
