The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to introduce a special work schedule for certain categories of specialists. The corresponding resolution was signed by the head of the government, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The document is intended for the legal regulation of working hours for those engaged in work under special conditions, in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the same time, specific working conditions and the level of professional workload are taken into account.
The resolution is based on the updated version of the Labor Code. The approved list includes over a hundred categories of workers from various industries.
The government noted that the implementation of this document will help improve labor legislation, increase the efficiency of labor regulation, and ensure better planning of labor processes.
