The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has initiated a public discussion on a new project concerning the approval of rules intended for the submission of copies of rulings on administrative offenses recorded using automated photo and video recording cameras.

According to the proposed document, it pertains to violations identified using certified technical means operating in automatic mode. Copies of rulings, as well as accompanying documents, are planned to be sent in electronic format through the automated system "Unified Register of Offenses - Automatic Recording of Offenses".

The project stipulates that the Ministry of Internal Affairs will need to create technical conditions that allow authorized personnel to prepare and send such materials in digital form. To implement this plan, the development of an interactive form is planned, which will take into account inter-agency cooperation within the framework of the "Safe City" program in the "Smart City" project.

The state institution "Kyzmat," which is subordinate to the presidential administration, has been tasked with preparing a technical assignment for the development of a service intended for sending electronic copies of rulings. Additionally, JSC "Tunduk," in collaboration with "Kyzmat," is to create a standard regulation on the procedure for sending such documents and recommendations regarding their format.
