During the inspection, the minister emphasized the importance of maintaining high-quality work and strict adherence to deadlines at every stage of the project's implementation.
Construction work is actively ongoing at all three stages of the project. It is expected that 22 blocks of the first stage will be commissioned in the summer of 2026.
It is worth noting that in February 2025, President Sadyr Japarov officially inaugurated the construction of the IT town by laying a time capsule.
According to the project, the construction of a large residential complex with a total area of about 1 million square meters is planned, which will include more than 10,000 apartments. The town will also feature modern general education schools, kindergartens, multi-profile medical institutions, and diagnostic centers.
Additionally, sports halls, pedestrian routes, bike paths, and green areas will be created.
