According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, the minister emphasized the importance of adhering to the construction schedule and the quality of execution, as well as giving a number of instructions to the project leaders.
The total area of the building, which includes an educational building and a dormitory, will be approximately 13,600 square meters. The building will consist of eight floors, including a basement, and will be equipped with everything necessary for modern educational processes.
The project includes facilities such as a kitchen, dormitory, a large concert hall for 300 seats, five small concert halls, a conference hall, a sports complex, and parking in the basement.
