The project, initiated by Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev, includes the installation of 320 solar panels with a total capacity of 100 kilowatts. These panels will occupy an area of approximately 2,200 square meters.
According to preliminary calculations, the new system will be able to produce between 500,000 and 800,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, which will save the city budget several million soms annually.
According to the municipality, this project will not only help reduce expenses but also decrease the load on the energy system of the southern capital and will contribute to the development of renewable energy sources.
