According to reports, these activities will take place ahead of the U-20 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship, which will be held from January 18 to 24 at the "Bishkek Arena." Everyone interested will be able to participate for free in the open ice sessions.
The program includes training in the basics of skating and participation in mini-games under the guidance of professional hockey players.
The hockey players will be available for meetings in Bishkek at the "Northern Lights" fair (Ala-Too central square), at the "Eurasia" amusement park, and at the ice rink.
It is worth noting that the U-20 World Junior Championship will feature teams from Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Luxembourg, South Africa, Iran, and Hong Kong.
The tournament is organized by the Ice Hockey Federation of Kyrgyzstan with the support of IIHF.
