The visit of the Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mirbek Duyshiev, took place on January 15, 2026. During the trip, he, along with the leadership of OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and OJSC "Eldik Bank", visited the Moscow and Sokuluk districts of the Chui region.
According to the press service of the ministry, the purpose of the visit was to inspect farms engaged in livestock breeding and fattening that have benefited from preferential loans under state programs aimed at supporting the agro-industrial complex.
The main task of the trip was to assess the effectiveness of the use of preferential credit resources and analyze the results of project implementation. During meetings with farmers and entrepreneurs, issues related to increasing meat production volumes, expanding livestock numbers, modernizing infrastructure, and creating new jobs in rural areas were discussed.
As a result of the visit, it was noted that preferential lending significantly stimulates the development of meat cattle breeding, activates investments in agriculture, and contributes to strengthening the country's food security. The collected data and proposals will be used for further improvement of the mechanisms of state support for this sector. ```
