Starting from 2025, government support for farmers, individual entrepreneurs, and processing companies has taken on new dimensions. Previously, preferential loans were provided only within the framework of two programs, but now their number has increased to five: FSH-13, CAPK, FOTP, as well as projects related to breeding and seed production. This information was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan.
As of 2025, 12 billion 242 million soms have been allocated for the agricultural sector, of which 11 billion 369 million soms have already been utilized, corresponding to 92.8% of the total amount. The "Financing of Agriculture – 13" program has been implemented at 100%, while "Lending to the Agro-Industrial Complex" has demonstrated a record execution level of 166%.
Within the framework of the State Investment Program (SIP), the implementation of 12 major projects is underway. From the revised budget of 9 billion 707 million soms, 6 billion 502 million soms have been utilized, which is 67% of the planned amount.
Regarding capital investments, with a budget of 3 billion 348 million soms, 2 billion 162 million soms have been utilized, which equals 64.6%.
