- As part of the public-private partnership (PPP), Kyrgyzstan's portfolio has exceeded 434 billion soms thanks to over 90 investment initiatives. This was announced at a press conference by Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency.
According to him, the republic has made significant progress in the global ranking, rising from 68th to 22nd place. From January to November 2025, 13 agreements were signed under the PPP, attracting private investments totaling over $3.8 billion.
Next year, measures are planned to develop road construction infrastructure in the capital. In particular, this includes the creation and operation of the eastern ring toll road of Bishkek, the construction of a two-line concrete plant in the Issyk-Ata district, as well as the reconstruction of the old boiler house in Orlovka, located in the Chuy region.
Additionally, in Uzgen, Osh region, it is planned to build the "Bereke" shopping complex and reconstruct the bus station as part of the PPP. In the Issyk-Kul region, the creation of the "Polaris" resort complex is also planned on the site of the former sanatorium of the architect.
