The Ministry of Construction reported that 2025 has become a landmark year for Kyrgyzstan due to numerous large-scale projects.
Throughout this year, the ministry has implemented the following significant initiatives:
the complete reconstruction of the international airport "Manas";
the construction of a new terminal complex at the international airport "Osh";
the development of the resort facility "Ala-Tuu Resort" in the Issyk-Kul region;
the creation of a children's entertainment and play center "Balastan" in Talas;
a large-scale reconstruction of the "Manas Ordo" complex.
In addition, the ministry has initiated a series of reforms aimed at optimizing the services provided and the work carried out for citizens. As part of enhancing state control in the field of engineering surveys, a new department has been established.
Branches of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush" have also been opened in Talas and the Osh region, significantly increasing the accessibility of design and construction services for local residents.
In various regions of the country, the construction of 16 administrative buildings for architecture management has begun, five of which have already been successfully put into operation.
In the south of the country, a branch of the Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction was opened in the Osh region, and a branch of the Certification Center started operations in Cholpon-Ata.
Additionally, bureaucratic obstacles have been removed to simplify the process of obtaining permits, which fully aligns with the president's policy of reducing bureaucracy in public administration.
