The editorial office of "AKIpress Summary" has been tracking Bilal's story since 2022. That year, on August 7, the 12-year-old boy left his home in the village of Alexeyevka in the Jayil District. His mother immediately contacted the police, and the teenager was found only on August 27 near the Osh market.
