In Kyrgyzstan, 15 fires were registered in one day

In the last 24 hours, 15 cases of fire have been recorded in Kyrgyzstan, for the elimination of which 15 firefighting crews were mobilized. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on January 14.

The most significant number of incidents occurred in the Issyk-Kul region — 4 cases. In the Chui and Jalal-Abad regions, 3 fires were registered each, in the Osh region — 2, and one case each in Bishkek, Osh, and the Talas region.

In Bishkek, at the corner of Aitieva and Sukhe-Bator streets, a garbage container caught fire.

On the territory of a glass factory in the city of Tokmok, 50 acres of dry grass burned.

In the Alamudun district, in the village of Lenin, a garage with an area of 40 sq. m. was engulfed in flames.

In Karakol, on Derbishiev Street, a shed, summer kitchen, bathhouse, and chicken coop burned, with a total area of 100 sq. m.

In the Bereke residential area of the city of Balykchy, 70 acres of dry reeds burned.

Currently, the causes of the fires are under investigation.
