The Uruguayan's hat-trick brought 'Real' a crushing victory over 'Manchester City'.

Federico Valverde, the midfielder of Madrid's "Real", had one of the most successful matches of his career, scoring a hat-trick and leading his team to a convincing victory over "Manchester City" at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium. This time, the Uruguayan footballer took to the field wearing the captain's armband and donned the jersey with the number eight, previously worn by Toni Kroos. Within the first 22 minutes of the first half, Valverde struck the opponent's goal three times, thrilling the fans and leaving the "City" defenders bewildered.

The first goal came after a precise pass from goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois: Valverde received the ball on the right flank, swiftly dribbled past a defender, bypassed goalkeeper Stefan Ortega, and sent the ball into the net. He scored the second goal with a powerful shot low, and the third was an impressive volley after a pass from Brahim Diaz, firmly establishing "Real's" advantage. Throughout the match, Valverde actively participated in the team's defensive actions and even moved to the right-back position at the end of the game to help keep the goal intact.

After the final whistle, the head coach of the "whites," Álvaro Arbeloa, described his captain's performance as "magical." His teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold noted that Valverde remains one of the most underrated players in the world. The emotions in the stands were shared by other stars of the team: Jude Bellingham was astonished by the third goal, while Kylian Mbappé, who was on the bench due to injury, actively supported the team from the stands. After the match, Valverde rightfully received the award for the best performance and, as tradition dictates, took the match ball home.
