While the Kazakh tenge and euro have significantly appreciated, the Russian ruble and Chinese yuan, on the contrary, have become cheaper. The exchange rate of the US dollar remained stable.
US Dollar:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 87.45 soms (no change).
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 87.34 soms, sale — 87.79 soms.
Euro:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 103.449 soms (increase of 0.11 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 102.74 soms, sale — 103.73 soms.
Russian Ruble:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 1.1356 soms (decrease of 0.3 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 1.129 soms, sale — 1.161 soms.
Kazakh Tenge:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 0.1752 soms (increase of 0.86 percent), which is the highest value since the beginning of 2026.
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 0.1532 soms, sale — 0.1827 soms.
Chinese Yuan:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 12.6059 soms (decrease of 0.02 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 12.4 soms, sale — 12.95 soms.
