The competitive selection within the winter enrollment is conducted in four stages, based on the results of the General Republican Testing (GRT).
The first stage took place from December 23 to 25, 2025, the second from January 12 to 14, 2026. The third stage is scheduled for January 19-21, and the fourth for January 26-28.
The winter enrollment is organized exclusively for the admission of applicants to the remaining contract places that were not filled during the summer admission.
To participate in the competitive selection, the results of the spring GRT of 2025 are valid.
This procedure for the admission of citizens and foreign students to higher educational institutions twice a year is designed to enhance the accessibility of higher professional education.
