According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, the work started at the end of November 2025.
Currently, the work on creating the concrete preparation and pouring the foundations for the columns has been completed. Backfilling of the inner part of the foundations is underway with layer-by-layer compaction, and reinforcement of the retaining wall in the basement is also being carried out.
The total area of the three-story building is 8,625 square meters.
The construction is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush" under the guidance of the Ministry of Construction.
