For example, during the Kemin earthquake of 1911 near the village of Novorossiysk, a fountain of water about 8 meters high erupted continuously for several hours. Similarly, during the Sarykamish earthquake of 1970, a hydraulic shock sliced through the foundation of a building under construction like a sheet of paper. People, think before you start construction!"

The construction of the "Altai" town is taking place on an area of 234 hectares. Plans include the construction of 1,551 five-story buildings with 34,004 apartments of various layouts. The project is being implemented by the construction company "Kut," which previously offered apartments with no down payment and in installments.
