For the printing of textbooks this year, 856 million 548 thousand 703 soms were allocated from the state budget.
Over the past eight years, 3 million 742 thousand 461 textbooks have been published in the country, and in 2025, 4 million 85 thousand 450 educational and methodological complexes were released, which is a 9.1% increase compared to the previous eight years.
The Ministry of Education reported that the publication of textbooks is carried out according to a clear phased plan for updating educational materials across all subjects, which aligns with the Concept of transitioning to 12-year school education, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on October 30, 2024, under number 654.
