Rox Center, following the principle of "Revival of Heritage," has transformed the historic building of Ai-Peri
On January 15, 2026, the official opening of Rox Center took place in Bishkek on Chuy Avenue, organized by the Rox Group of Companies. An important guest at this event was the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
During his visit, the Prime Minister familiarized himself with the history of the Ai-Peri building and the stages of its renovation, carefully listening to information from the developer about its restoration and transformation.
On the same day, RCA Living showcased the achievements of Rox Group in Kyrgyzstan, including the development of brands such as RCA Living, Rox Energy, and Rox Living Global.

At the end of his visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev inspected the construction site of the investment project "Royal Central Park," implemented by the Vietnamese company "Rox Group."
A company representative spoke about the progress of construction work and noted that the project is intended as a multifunctional complex combining residential and public spaces.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of adhering to quality and environmental standards during large-scale construction, as well as the significance of such projects for renewing the architectural appearance of the capital and its infrastructure. He also noted that the state supports business.
“The Cabinet of Ministers is doing everything possible to create the best conditions for investors. We are open to you 24/7,” he stated.
Following the visit, Kasymaliev gave instructions to relevant services and government agencies for the further development of Bishkek's infrastructure and support for investment initiatives.
