The keys were handed over by the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev.
On January 1, 2026, Chairman of the SCNS Kamchybek Tashiev transferred 35 vehicles to the employees of the Center for the Protection of Mother and Child, named after Aliym Tashiev, as well as one vehicle to the Islamic Institute "Aalym Chubak Azhy".
During the ceremony, Tashiev emphasized the importance of the work of medical professionals who care for the health of mothers and children, noting that their efforts deserve constant respect and support. He also announced that starting from April 1, 2026, by the order of President Sadyr Japarov, the salaries of medical workers will be doubled.
“These vehicles will be used for emergency assistance and quick, safe transportation of patients to medical institutions,” Tashiev added.
He also announced that starting from January 1, the country will begin an active fight against corruption in the healthcare sector, urging doctors to refrain from illegal fees and to adhere to the principles of professional ethics while providing conscientious assistance to the population.
The employees of the center expressed their gratitude for the support from the state, noting that such attention from the leadership inspires them to take greater responsibility in their work.
Interestingly, on New Year's Eve, 20 children were born at the Center for the Protection of Mother and Child: 12 girls and 8 boys. An obstetrician-gynecologist at the center delivered one of the babies right at midnight.
