The Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, conducted an inspection of the border crossing point "Bekabad" on January 1, which is located in the Suzak district.
During the visit, he emphasized the need to improve the condition of the area at the crossing point, to carry out major repairs, and to enhance landscaping. Tashiev also noted the importance of creating comfortable conditions for citizens crossing the border to avoid long queues and to ensure coordinated work among the staff on site.
During the trip, he held a meeting with the military personnel stationed at the border and familiarized himself with the conditions of their service, as well as the measures being taken to protect the state border.
As a result of the inspection, some shortcomings were identified, and instructions were given to the responsible individuals for their rectification.
