This statement was made at a meeting dedicated to the construction of roads in the Issyk-Kul region. During the discussion of the work on the section of the Barskoon — Karakol road, Tashiev inquired why the employees of the company, which has been operating in Kyrgyzstan for 20 years, do not speak the state language.
