During the discussion of the work on the section of the Barskoon — Karakol road, Tashiev inquired why the employees of the company, which has been operating in Kyrgyzstan for 20 years, do not speak the state language.

“Why haven’t you learned to speak Kyrgyz yet? China Road has been working in Kyrgyzstan for 20 years! How can it be that you cannot communicate in the state language? Learn it!” — expressed Kamchybek Tashiev's dissatisfaction.
Additionally, he discussed the timeline for completing the 75-kilometer road. A company representative stated that according to the contract, the completion of work is scheduled for September 1, 2028, but he promised to make efforts for early completion — by the end of 2027.
