Bakdooolot Shabdanbekov received a black belt 1st dan in aikido
Since 2020, Bakdooolot Shabdanbekov has been actively practicing aikido.
“During this time, he has shown exceptional determination and discipline, hardly missing any classes and consistently achieving his goals. His journey serves as a vivid example of strength of spirit and inner resilience. Despite certain health limitations, he has proven that perseverance and self-belief can overcome any obstacles,” the club noted.

His coach, Almaz Sydykov, who holds a 4th dan black belt in aikido, emphasizes that Bakdooolot's story beautifully illustrates the core philosophy of aikido: this art is accessible to everyone and primarily promotes harmony of body and spirit.
“The ‘Aikido Seisenkai’ club stands out for its openness and inclusivity. Here, children, women, and elderly people train, for whom aikido becomes a way to maintain activity and inner balance,” said Sydykov.
