This sporting event will take place from September 19 to October 4 in the cities of Nagoya and Aichi.
This will be the third consecutive appearance of Kyrgyz volleyball players at the Asian Games, made possible by their high sports ranking.
Volleyball players first competed at the Asian Games in 2018 in Indonesia, where they played five matches and finished in 16th place, winning against the team from Kazakhstan.
At the games held in China in 2023, the Kyrgyzstan team finished the competition in 14th place.
As of now, the list of participants for the 2026 Asian Games has not yet been determined.
