It will get warmer in Uzbekistan by Sunday

On Saturday, during the daytime, a cold anticyclone will begin to leave the territory of Uzbekistan, leading to a gradual weakening of the cold. It is expected that the temperature on this day will fluctuate between 0 and +3 degrees. A more noticeable increase in temperature is forecasted for Sunday. Night frosts will ease their grip, settling in the range of -3 to +2, while daytime temperatures will rise to +5...+8 degrees.

During the weekend, most of Uzbekistan is expected to experience predominantly dry weather. However, in the Navoi, Samarkand, and Kashkadarya regions, there may be light rain and snow on Saturday afternoon.

On Sunday, some areas of the country may encounter light precipitation, mainly in the form of rain and snow, except for Karakalpakstan, the Khorezm region, and the Fergana Valley.

Fog is also possible in some places, and caution is advised on the roads due to icy conditions.

Winds in some areas may strengthen to 15-20 m/s, with gusts expected to reach 22-25 m/s in certain regions.

In mountainous areas, snow is possible in places, and there is a risk of avalanches.

As for the weather in Tashkent, after significant snowfall on Thursday, the capital will remain dry until Saturday. Fog may occur at night and in the morning.

On Sunday, the city may experience light precipitation, mainly in the form of rain, and icy conditions are also expected on the roads.

Air temperatures on Friday are expected to be between -1...-3 degrees during the day, -6...-8 at night on Saturday, 0...+2 during the day on Saturday, and -1...+1 at night on Sunday, with daytime temperatures reaching +5...+7 degrees.
