This strengthening is particularly noticeable against the Russian ruble and the Kazakh tenge. The Chinese yuan and euro also showed a slight increase, while the US dollar remained at the same level.

- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 87.35 soms, selling — 87.78 soms.
Euro:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 103.7594 soms (increase of 0.02 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 103.15 soms, selling — 104.13 soms.
Russian Ruble:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 1.1371 soms (increase of 0.37 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.127 soms, selling — 1.158 soms.
Kazakh Tenge:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 0.1777 soms (increase of 0.79 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 0.1541 soms, selling — 0.1853 soms.
Chinese Yuan:
- Official rate from the NB KR: 12.658 soms (increase of 0.01 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 12.2 soms, selling — 12.7 soms.
